Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using this application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.
User Data and Privacy
We collect limited personal data to personalize your experience and improve the App. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information in compliance with U.S. privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Subscription and Payment
The App offers both free and premium (paid) features:

Premium Tier: $13/month or $60/year via in-app purchase
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
Refund Policy
All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. As such, all refunds must be requested through Apple. We do not process refunds directly.

Third-Party Services and APIs
This App may use third-party services, including analytics providers and AI models (e.g. OpenAI), to deliver functionality. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

Acceptable Use

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
AI Guidance Disclaimer
This App uses artificial intelligence to provide insights, guidance, and personal development coaching. This does not constitute clinical, medical, legal, or psychological advice. Always consult a qualified professional for serious mental health or legal concerns.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noble Strategies LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after such updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
